please note; i am not confident in background work, hence why backgrounds are not an option for my commissions. until i gain more confidence working with backgrounds, they will remain unavailable!

TERMS OF SERVICE

by commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

- if any listed terms are breached, or theft of work is done against myself, the artist, i have the right to pursue damages through the copyright law of the united states.
- i reserve the right to refuse a commission from anyone, for any reason, and do not need to specify why a certain commission was denied.
- you must be 16 years or older to commission me.
- my artstyle changes slightly from commission to commission, so please be prepared for this upon commissioning me.
- you will receive updates on your commission as they are available, but will be provided upon request of the buyer.
- due to having obligations outside of artwork, commissions can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks.
- these terms are subject to change, so please be aware of changes to these terms being applied in the future.--------
UPON RECEIVING A COMMISSIONthe client MAY:
- use the artwork for personal use (profile pictures, banners, etc.)
- upload the artwork to private galleries with proper credit (imgur, toyhou.se, etc.)the client MAY NOT:
- remove or edit out my watermark
- trace, copy, or make bases out of my artwork
- use the commission to generate income
- use my artwork for AI generation or NFT's
- claim the work as their own, regardless of edited status
--------- payment is due UP FRONT at the start of the commissioning process, and no work will begin until payment is received in full. no snail mail / gift cards / checks will be accepted as payment.
- failure to pay an invoice within 24 hours of receiving it will result in a void of slot in my queue, and the client will be pushed to the back until payment is received.
- commissions are completed in the order received. the client is free at any point to reach out about queue status, and can also be seen on my trello.
- i reserve the right to use the commission as promotional material for future commissions.
- if for any reason i cannot complete your commission after payment, i will refund you in full within 2 weeks of cancellation.
- once your commission is complete, it cannot be refunded.
